You know that feeling that's not just utter desire, but contentment that something so beautiful can exist, can be there for you to desire?  Why people bandy around "perfection"?  When you think about someone and just sigh with the fact that they're alive, that you know about them?  And you want so much more, anything they're willing to give, but the very act of awareness is so much like affection that it brings happiness in itself?

That is how I feel about words.

My word of the day: saturnalian.

Basically, an adjective that means the kind of atmosphere that leads to lots of drinking.  Oh, and orgies.  LOTS of orgies.  Look up Saturnalia.  I'm going to use it at inappropriately mild times from now on.
