I’m reminded: as far as reoccuring motifs go, I love the idea of light that is so heavy, so vital, so unearthly that it becomes a physical thing, a hot wetness, rolling off the fingers of gods and fallen stars, light so thickly concentrated that it pools in footsteps and lingers where fingers brush against fence posts.
