oh god same. i read longer fanfictions too but i just can’t go on reading a fanfiction where characters are ooc.

yes deuoiasjkhfnej and i do fear reading sherlock fanfictions, because i'd probably be never satisfied with any writing because they both are so complex that even i don't understand them and i feel like kind of a hypocrite because i myself write like crap and always judge certain fanfictions solemnly by their description .. i'm probably as picky as people can get, that's the reason why like 80% what i read are from only one big massive rec list from someone i trust in such things as style
