really hoping the fancy boss people visit BEFORE my shift so i can have a load off. i mean, that means if there’s a problem i wont have a chance to fix it but i trust my supervisor, who worked the shift before me and prolly did any finishing touches

she outright told me once “your job is to make mine as easy as possible” so that’s how i work. it’s OK if i dun finish something. but i should always try to think about the next person coming in. so making sure the shared area is clean and there’s access to supplies and if i can’t finish, i don’t leave them too much of a problem. i kinda know what to focus on for finishing. it’s OK if i cant finish replacing every paper roll as long they’re not empty, but i should try to get them when i have time cuz it’s a pain to do a bunch at once.
