So, I'm taking this survey thingy for a job. This is one of the questions, "Tom is an excellent employee. One day, away from his work, he and a friend smoke a marijuana cigarette. He returns to work only a little high, but able to perform his job satisfactorily. Should he be fired?" I would very much like to say, "No." As a matter of fact, I'm willing to bet Tom does a much better job now that he's had his marijuana cigarette. Just saying.
