A peak Louisiana experience that I must share with you all:
While visiting one of the funeral homes we work with in St Amant, I was offered a donut before I headed out to my next appointment. When I politely refused, claiming that I was already bringing a few extra pounds home with me from this trip, the funeral director laughed. "Oh, now darlin', by Louisiana standards you're still a good five biscuits away from fat!"
And honestly? Just put that on my tombstone.

With the arrival of spring, a new job season has commenced! I am delighted because this winter was too slow and New York doesn't wait for the bills lol. So here's my first work-trip of this season. I hope at my return, there's another trip 🙏🏼🚚🚛
