Reverse the effects of sitting at a desk all day
Work was most of my workout today- lifted a 75 pound grill twice: into a cart for a guest then out to load it into their vehicle, lifted a 100 pound dresser 4 times total, and a 90 pound patio furniture set 4 times. Other portion of my workout was with an 8 pound medicine ball doing 10 sit up twists per side since my abs were the only thing work didn't work.
has anyone a tip for a great, thinner ass? like a workout or something?
because even when I lose weight, my ass stays the same size -.-
Daily work workout.
I've really noticed a change since I started this little regime.
Every time I go to the toilet at work (remember to drink lots of water), I go to the bigger cubical with the shower or the disabled bathroom.
After I've finished my business I do 15 lunge/split squats on either side (I don't find straight two legged normal squats effective)
I will then progress onto some form of stationary arm exercise.
Then I do a hamstring stretch on both legs, touch my toes for at least 5 seconds, stand, 4 backwards arm windmills on either side to help adjust my posture, and then walk back to my desk.
It's only an extra 5 minutes in the bathroom but do that 3 or so times a day and wow does it make a difference
