I find myself wondering if I’m really waiting for a sign that tells me to stay or I really am willing to stay to make it work because I’ve already invested the time and effort
last hurrah before the december 2025 holidaze with work brodies. 💗✨🥂
sobrang excited na ko sa staycation namin nila cath, hysa and hans sa friday. talagang tinapos ko na lahat ng work kanina and finalization nalang tom para if incase may hanapin sila sa akin ok na lahat at all. 😌
sana lang maging ok ang araw ko bukas. kasi kanina, until 3pm napaka sungit ko. like, bakit???? hehe. idk rin. yun pala dahil i don't have coffee kanina. so i don't have a choice but to get one with ma'am Ella and sir Bon.
marami akong gustong gawin, marami akong pangarap. kaya hangga't kaya i'm making sure na everyday i'm in my best foot forward i hope na makuha ko ito, not because gusto ko lang but also for my own growth. i'm so grateful with my manager and my (resigned) supervisor na naniwala talaga sakin. i hope and i pray na sana, sana talaga. i've been busy since yesterday dahil super daming work ang di ko nagawa dahil i'm on leave last friday. nonetheless, worth it naman ang weekend ko at sana mas mapayapa pa ang mga darating na araw. nakakapagod oo, pero kaya ko 'to. a cup of coffee every morning will help me always hanggang eod. anw, ayun lang. all i want is to rest because tom is a long day.
second cup of the day. big thanks to hysa for always sending one. 🥹😚 i hope this helps din matapos ko 'tong binabalot ko for our agronomists. kasi jusqo, mag-iisang linggo na talaga ito sa department namin. sana maging smooth ang transition and work environment with my new supervisor.

January drained me. I gave my energy, skills, and heart—yet no one noticed. No thank yous, no recognition. Just silence. I realized I’ve been doing everything for everyone, but when I need even the smallest help, I’m seen as inconvenient. That hurts.
So today’s reminder: do only what’s asked. No extra miles for people who don’t value your worth.
