So many people talk shit these days about him and his reigns with the International title. Fun fact for all of you: Out of every single title in AEW, he's defended that one title MORE than every single person's reign. Yes. Even tags, trios, all of them. He had 40+ defences. 2 Reigns. 471 Total Days. If you're curious: The most amount of defences for all AEW titles, including FTW- (*NOTE: This does not include: Winning the title, losing the title, proving ground or eliminators. *This is actual successful defences*) TBS Title: Jade Cargill defended 25 times in one reign. TNT Title: Darby Allin defended 13 times across two reigns. World Tags: Young Bucks defended 14 times across three reigns. World Trios: The Acclaimed & Billy Gunn defended it eleven times. Women's World: Toni Storm defended 14 times across four reigns. Men's World: Jon Moxley defended it 11 times across four reigns. (Retired) FTW Title: HOOK defended it 15 times across three reigns.
Orange Cassidy worked his ass off for the International title. He's a lazy wrestler but he fucking WORKED. HIS. ASS. OFF. To talk shit and say he didn't do anything important or whatever nonsense is actually disgusting. Have some actual respect and give Orange his flowers that he rightfully deserves. He MADE that International title mean something.
