Chapel time again!!
Playing with layers…
Hooded sweater, over sleeveless dress, over clergy shirt, over tights and sneakers…
It’s Joshua 24 “…choose this day whom you will serve… but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” in chapel today.
The outfit is a Clergy Image top under a jumper/pinafore dress from Zulily and the shoes are Bare Traps.
Today’s chapel outfit...
the pattern on the pants you can’t see in the main picture...
My outfit for a low key, casual living room wedding a few days ago (forgot to post). The grooms were very sweet and so happy. One of them almost cried when I read the scripture:
1Samuel 18:1-4 nrsv
When David had finished speaking to Saul, the soul of Jonathan was bound to the soul of David, and Jonathan loved him as his own soul. Saul took him that day and would not let him return to his father’s house. Then Jonathan made a covenant with David, because he loved him as his own soul. Jonathan stripped himself of the robe that he was wearing, and gave it to David, and his armor, and even his sword and his bow and his belt.
Chapel day! Cute preacher!!
Great article about our big queer protest of the confirmation hearings. No pictures of me in the article even though the couple I married is featured. Since they are in the article, I figure it’s ok to share this picture of my back as I’m performing the ceremony!!
This October, 16 Missouri couples came together to show that queer marriage can still be a radical act.
Rally for Medicaid expansion in Jefferson City, Missouri. The people posted a ballot initiative that amended the state constitution to require the expansion, it should have taken effect today. The Governor and legislature refuse to fund it even though 90% of the money comes from the federal government…
