Aah that’s fair, idk from what I’ve seen on the phones I’m pretty sure I’ve seen rock bottom in terms of stupidity orz so it’ll probably be the calibre of enquiry I’m used to. I just don’t have physically speak to them :D

Thank you! I’m hoping so, I honestly don’t think I could hate anything more than phones, but even if I don’t like it the steady shift will be better for me in the long run and it’ll be easier to look for jobs in the meantime ^^b

Also in other news

more related to RL than politics, is that once I get back from Goa I’m starting a new job! :D

Still within the same organisation, so it’s not complete escape, but I’m moving to the web chat team and won’t be on the phones anymore =3= I’ve been over to shadow them a few times and the atmosphere over there is so much better. And also it means no more horrible shifts, and no more weekends :’)

Which means that this week is my last week on the phones, and although it is the dreaded 2 - 10pm shift (seriously why do people call in past 9pm, most of the things they want to do are done by departments that are closed already and we have to stay ‘live’ on the phones until the queue of calls from 10pm is cleared so we all left late on Monday orz) it’s my LAST ONE!!!

I hadn’t said anything earlier cause I still haven’t had any paperwork and I’d only really had word through my manager that I’d even got it, but this week my systems have been updated and my managers been updated to the new one on the directory so I feel a little less like I’m counting my chickens before they’ve hatched now XD

Interview nails and shoes~ The shoes are actually really comfy? I wasn’t expecting them to be so comfy considering they were a bit of an impulse buy and I wasn’t looking for them at all at the time (not bad for 20 quid)!

Also I was particularly happy with my nails and makeup today, so I think it gave me a bit of a boost mood wise too! ^^ Now I just need to keep my fingers crossed and hope that I actually got the job (and my happiness aside, starting to work there instead would make so much of my life easier)
