Didn't feel like running this morning. It happens after the rainy weather. My knees are feeling wonky and I didn't want to push them into full on inflammation. Cant handle that pain right now. Lol but I decide to keep to my working out every other day because well a bitch is losing weight and I've got to keep going. So today's workout consisted of a 20 minute resistance loop band work out I found on YouTube. Seriously what did we do before it. Lol and jumping rope because I finally found mine. Wish I hadn't found it.
