I started a new journey to healthier living. Nothing says "WAKE UP " then bloodwork and Dr telling you up "you are prediabetic". 8 weeks ago that occurred and to date I'm down 21 pounds. I cut out sodas, breads, pasta, sweets. I cook & eat fresh vegetables I walk anywhere between 2-4 miles a day. The focus is real, knowing at my age there is less time to fix things. #workingoutwright is being resurrected and so am I ~ #happysaturday
