30 Minute Hit Kickboxing was created to accommodate the busy lives of modern day women. This exhilarating and challenging fitness circuit consists of techniques taken from boxing, kickboxing, general self defense, and core stability training. Research and experience has proven that women's kickboxing is one of the most effective cardiovascular workouts
Time for Friday! Sooo as you can tell, I chose FITNESS! This time I decided to post a review of 30minutehit.
So I tried out a trial at 30minutehit in Kelowna in December. The place was packed! Which is great to see, especially since its a full women environment. I instantly felt like I wanted everyone in the room to work hard and succeed. So atmosphere = 4.3 / 5!
Next was the workout part. What you do is you work out at 12 stations: 30 seconds slow, 30 double time, and repeat. Supposedly you usually only do 1 minute at each station, instead of the usual 2 minutes, however it was SO busy that the lady said I need to be at the station at 2 minutes (though she did say I could only do a half station, but like hell that was going to happen. Aleasha works hard for her health!)
Anyways I did the full 12 stations, and let me tell you... what a great workout! At station 4 I started heavy breathing, and 6 proved to be the station that heavy sweating occurred. Needless to say, when I was done, I was sweaty, tired and having a great time.
The last station is called "BOB" and it involves an all-out attack on a dumby, named (you guessed it) BOB. It was so fun, and I tried constantly to kick him in the head. Also the music had me constantly tapping my toe and jamming out. So fun = 4.6 / 5!
Workout was a great time, though I could have probably liked to do 2 circuits in a row in order to get a really intense workout. Therefore I give workout a 3.5 / 5 , though if I had a full pas it would be closer to a 4.8...
In review:
Atmosphere - 4.3
Fun - 4.6
Workout - 3.5
Now I'm more than less depressed. Hard workout is the best solution for any worries. Now, I'm the better person than I was 40 minutes ago.
I'm dying after my cardio workout. But it was soooo good ♥
I JUST WANNA RUN SO BADLY!!!
I cannot wait til tomorrow morning.
I'm gonna be fucking explosive!!!
