At the gym and gd I have 0 leg flexibility 😭
I wasn't able to flex my back very well since I'm really sore and in need of a chiropractor
Here's some post workout back and core pics
I think I look pretty alright tbh 😼
Today was a pretty good workout day i think
I worked out hamstrings, quads,back and a little shoulders.
I back squated 133lbs for 2 sets of 20 total reps, 200lbs for 1 set of 10 total reps,
Front squats i did 115 for 3 sets of 25 total reps,
hamstring curls at 50lbs for 1 set of 15 reps,
35lb weighted isometric wall sit for 1 minutes.
Dumbbell Shoulder press at 20lbs 1 sets of 15 total reps
Then I did 1 set of 133lbs straight leg deadlift for 10 reps, and then 2 sets of 200lb normal deadlifts for 15 total reps.
Overall I definitely think it was a good day but I didn't feel comfortable trying to lift heavier than I did today cuz my quad was starting to feel sore and I just got let out of physical therapy for a quad strain like 2 weeks ago.
