So here’s the thing...
If I’m sprinting on the track, DON’T STAND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TRACK.
Don’t stand in the middle of the track at all, actually.
If the signs say “walk in the outside lanes,” then DON’T WALK IN THE INSIDE LANES.
Come on people, it’s not hard. I don’t love sprint workouts so don’t make it more difficult. I will run you over.
Since I'm not working right now, I'm trying really hard to fill up my free time, which basically means working out..... a lot.... and also taking a 2 -1/2 hour nap three hours after waking up..... But right now I have a problem. I just ran 3 miles and did an hour and a half workout class, and I feel so sick. I know I need to eat but absolutely nothing sounds good. I know I'm being stupid and I should really just eat something anyway but gah it's so hard to pick food when nothing sounds good and I still want to make good choices 😣
This is so relevant to my life right now....
Before workout: My back hurts.
After workout: Some very specific muscles in my back hurt.
