Lately I've been changing my routing a bit. I did 400 squats (4 sets of (80s then 20s right after). 180 push ups. 2 sets of 2 minute planks (if I get better I'll increase it to 2:30).
Hey! I don't work out often but I want to more and do enjoy it, but I have trouble sticking with it. Any tips on developing self-discipline and sticking to a workout regime?
