Day 23/143
I did bbg and 30 min of elliptical. I almost didn't. I woke up pretty late, I went to bed early (around 9pm) but couldn't sleep until almost 2am. I wasn't in the mood for working out and was thinking about taking s rest day and exchange it for Sunday. But I pushed myself, I opened the sweat app and started. I almost quit in the first circuit, but I said to myself "go slower if you want, just don't quit" then I got distracted with the series I was watching and the 30 min flew by. By the time I was on the elliptical all lazyness was gone.
I ate 1300 kcal. Since I woke up late and did laundry all my meals were pushed down the day, by the time I got my second meal it was 6 pm and had a sustancious plate so I was full and already at almost 1300 kcal so I just had two tomatoes with lime and chilli powder at night. I started feeling a little hungry in bed but it's my damn fault for being awake at 2 am.
I did 100 squats today i hope my butt is grateful
abs are coming in but only on my left side.

😡😡😡😡😡 it is such a struggle right now. Just 100 more calories to go but who knows if this stupid machine is even right 😒

I need to get up and workout. I have to be all clean and ready for uni by 10.30. I just have zero motivation today. Really tired and I feel a bit sick
