Gym/workout in the morning - a good idea or bad idea??
I need to get back into the gym/a workout routine but now that I have a cat I feel bad doing it after work Bc he’s already been alone all day. So I was thinking of maybe doing it in the morning?
But if I do that then I’d have to wake up by like…5am at the latest in order to get to the gym workout then get ready and be to work on time and I don’t know if I can function waking up that early 💀

Glad I worked out today. Was thinking of doing a cool down day, but wasn’t super sore and I felt better after yesterday. AND!!! I ACTUALLY DID 2.25 MILES TODAY!! Not even just short!!!
