SOOO DECADENT & FUDGY (& secretly healthy + hclf) 🤤 Tag a chocolate/ sweet lover! • ❗️NEW YOUTUBE RECIPE VIDEO ❗️on these delicious oil-free, refined sugar-free, gluten-free (if you use gluten feee oats) decadent brownies! • 💕LINK https://youtu.be/nb7i1dp29-Y 💕 • You can’t even taste the secret healthy ingredient! ————————— 🌱INGREDIENTS 🌱 ————————— • ¾ C Oat flour • ¾ - 1 C Kidney Beans • ¼ C Applesauce • 1 Large Cooked Sweet Potato * • ½ C Cocoa Powder • Add ins of choice ** • Additional Sweetener of choice *** • ½ tsp Salt • 1 ½ tsp Baking powder • 1 ½ tsp Vanilla extract • Water if needed —————— 💡METHOD💡 —————— 1️⃣ Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees F. • • 2️⃣ Process the sweet potato & beans until a paste is reached w/ no more bean chunks. • • 3️⃣ Blend in the liquids then the dry ingredients.
