I fucking hate capitalism. I ve been mood tracking with color coded charts for the last few months and I’ve been slowly improving and showing less depression and exhaustion colors. My chart has been nice and pink recently. Then I start work again and instantly my chart is black and dark again. I hate living in a world where I have to literally work jobs that make me want to kill my self just to survive. Not sure how long I can do this.
