In this workshop, again using the rhinoceros to create form in this case we are asked to build the building, each of student has different style. In addition, when the buildings placed together created a city. To be more abstract, new command has introduced and distorted the structure now the city become more futurism.

Interpretation and variation

This workshop is focusing about three dimensional forms of geometric shapes. The new technique of drawing in term of “exploded” drawing can portray object in another aspect.

workshop 3.1 - rhino to ai workflow. 

here the workflow between 3d-modelling program ‘rhino’ and adobe illustrator was introduced. 

a block was created and distorted, then many blocks were put together to form a surreal-like city. two different densities were made to draw contrasts.
