Nearly at a Jog
So after a slow walking start and a lot of pain and stiffness, I feel like I’m nearly at a jog now and picking up speed. For the first time in a long time, I finally feel that structure coming into the lifts. #Exercises feel more controlled and the gains should continue to come rolling in day after day. Take some time today and do something for yourself. A simple workout does it for me, what’s your release?
Nearly a week in
Here I find myself nearly a week into the program and barely able to walk...thanks leg day. What a beautiful weekend though I hope everyone else got a little rest and sun like I did! Today brings us another hard workout so lets see how this goes!

Well, today was the first day of my journey. I’m tired of feeling like shit so ironically I need to make my body feel much much worse in order to feel better. The workout felt good, was uplifting to be back in the gym setting for sure. Here we go!
