Passion

When I speak to someone about their hopes and dreams, their fears, and passions, I want them to speak honestly and from their soul and heart. I want to feel their passions are mine as I listen to them. I need to see what they consider to be important I want them to explain it why they love what they love.

    When he says to me “I care about you” there is passion in his voice. His words hold meaning, and I love that his words carry meaning. I didn’t know I could experience anything like that, I write about it because it’s something I dreamed about. I didn’t expect to feel the way I’m feeling about him, it was out of my control. I tried to stop it for a little while because I am afraid.

    I am scared of the feelings that he seems to cause. I am afraid of the hope that he will give me and rip it away. I don’t want to put too much faith into it and be left again sad and broken. I want to trust that he won’t allow that to happen, I am trying to believe in his word, but I can’t make myself … I can’t give myself to him when I’m so unsure. I don’t want to do this and regret it.

    Here is where I stop… Sometimes it gets too personal.

Never give up on your dreams. Lori has always wanted to ride motorbikes. She got her license, but the joy was short lived. Her second day on a bike she was in a horrendous accident that almost caused her to loose a foot. She spent the next 2 years recovering, learning how to walk again. Lori new she wanted to get back on a bike, but she decided to take it slow and start out on a motor tricycle. Two years later she finally felt ready to get back on a motorcycle, and she hasn’t looked back. Lori has used riding as therapy. She continues to do what she loves, even though it once caused her pain.
