SGT3184U, Mitsubishi Lancer driven by Mr Md Mahbubur Rahman decided to drive further and further away from me. Booking done at 11:21pm and from what was suppose to be a 5 mins wait became a 1hr and 10 mins wait. Called the driver twice but never pick up, message the driver and even at 12 midnight, messaged him “Good Morning” to let him know I haven’t cancelled and still he refuse to cancel or respond. Finally at 12:31am, he cancelled. When I called the Grab Hotline, the person told me he cancelled after 10mins and they were sorry it was too Long. I had to tell the helpline person to check the 2 numbers before the minute numbers only for them to realise that the driver cancelled ONE HOUR and TEN MINUTES LATER! If they feel that 10 mins was too Long, they sure didn’t dare comment about 70 mins. Hahaha. Until now, I haven’t heard from the @grab_sg services about what’s going to be done about this. And this is after the episode of @grabfoodsg making me wait ONE HOUR and FORTY MINUTES for dinner which they HAPPILY DEDUCTED TWICE for 1 Delivery if the food. 100 minutes wait for dinner then 70 minutes wait for ride.
