Dr Fredrick Frankenstein:
Dr Frederick Frankenstein (pronounced FRONKensteen) is a respected neurologist who tries to distance himself from the lurid legacy of his grandfather Victor, getting angry when his students ask him about reanimation. However when he inherits the family castle he discovers Victor Frankenstein's journal and secret lab, and realises it could work. He makes a new creature, accidentally using an abnormal brain ("It was from someone called Abby Normal"), but unlike certain other Frankensteins he actually tries to help the creature. Eventually he gives up some of his own mind to the creature, giving him the ability to speak and convince the local villagers to accept him and Dr Frankenstein.
Natasha:
AKA "Professor Um" they are the lead scientist for the "evil" organization Zvezda and the creator of the robot girl Roboko. Her parents were kidnapped by faeries, which is never explained, and possibly the most random backstory for a mad scientist ever

Jacqueline "Jack" Wolcott:
The amazing Jack Wolcott is a mad scientist lesbian who has resurrected her girlfriend. Multiple times. She wears bowties and cravats. She killed and then resurrected her twin sister this one time. You don't even get how much I love her.
Victor Vale:
Causes the death of 2 friends as well as himself in search of creating Super Powers as part of his college thesis.
Jyugon Mizushima:
High School Teacher that is actually a completely bat shit mad scientist who vivisects and restitches together students in his secret lab in the school basement. Also dresses up in a kubuki outfit for some reason. He later finds out Vampire blood can resurrect any living tissue, and after his daughter accidentally falls off the roof and dies, he turns her into the movie's titular "Frankenstein Girl".
Indumati Parlour:
not technically a Dr because fantasy series, but is a necromancy professor/researcher who plays hella fast and loose on things like "laws" and "professional ethics" including taking some first years to go raise their mentor/professor from the dead.
Lanfear:
(spoilers) She drilled a hole in reality in an attempt to find a new power source, accidentally released a great and terrible evil. Eventually swore herself to this evil.

A crossover between Krul from Owari no Seraph and Venera from Sekai Seifoku: Bouryaku no Zvezda.
This was originally for a contest in Amino but due to personal circumstances I couldn't finish it in time.
Kate Hoshimiya (Venera is her alias) is the leader of an evil secret society called Zvezda and her goal is to rule the world. Since the day she decided to take on the world, she stopped aging. Contrary to her physical appearance, she has lived for a long time.
I wanted to make this crossover because Krul and Kate have some similarities:

I actually have a work in progress featuring Krul dressed as Venera but it's just a sketch. Probably I'll share it here in some moment ovo
