Spice up your cooking 🥘
Chicken & Pork Adobo
I have craving to eat Filipino foods recently, and this is my one of the best Adobo that my Filipina friend cooked it for long time ago. I was searching for Pinoy cuisine recipes but I don’t know which is better. Well, I found that I left some memo with picture of this. I leave here for myself now again ! ( *´艸`) ・・Memo・・ [ Ingredients ] Serve for 2 - 3 people Soy sauce, White Vinegar 1:1 Chicken wings, chopped pork Black pepper corn 1 tbs 6 cloves garlic crashed. Marinate chicken and pork with vinegar, soy sauce and garlic. Boiling them. Add black pepper corn and stirring occasionally. Simmer until sauce is reduced and thickened, and meat is tender.
What was your favourite dish ?
Fenghuang hot pot. A river fish served with vegetables and rice, prepared with local herbs and spices.
The sweet and sour soup of Tonlé team, in Cambodia. It’s a soup made of chicken or fish, stew in lemongrass and spices. A wonderful dish (better than the Thaï version to me) which we cooked with them.
