hi guys!!! I I thought it'd be cool to share some of the multiversal names for our characters :-) I know it's . Sort of uncommon to do but this au was kind of born/expanded on from a multiversal rp we were in, so. ya.
I've also included their reasons!
Also, they usually don't call each other this -- sans is the only one who ever calls Chara "Silas" for reasons I can't explain yet, but most other people refer to Chara as Chara and sans as sans.
Clover -- Lucky -- mostly because it's ironic, but I think if clover chose it, it was bc they really liked the name and it wasn't too different from the implications of their original name. If someone else chose it, it's likely because they don't see clover variants very often and just went with something easy and memorable. Either way, lucky likes the name.
Sans -- sniper -- because it sounds cool, and fits his secondary eye's pupil. He also trades strength for accuracy, so it just makes sense. He probably chose his name by looking in a mirror and saying it, and everyone just ran with it. He doesn't care what people call him, but sniper is the most popular, and he honestly thinks it sounds pretty neat.
Papyrus -- Stripes -- because of the striped sweater papyrus wears, signifying youth/innocence. Even though papyrus is infected in this au, papyrus doesn't seem to be as physically violent. Although he can be violent, and sometimes even hurt frisk on accident, it doesn't usually seem to be on purpose. It seems his love outweighed the hate, but there are still very obvious signs of the hate -- especially when he can't seem to control himself.
Chara -- Silas -- unidentifiable by the original name. Sounds like a different person. They likes that. Even if they're just pretending, they would like to never be Chara again.
Frisk -- Penguin, pangolin, little terrorist (undyne gave them this one!), penguin terrorist, Satan, pint sized Satan, Serif -- Although "serif" is what most people go with, frisk is known by many names throughout the underground and multiverse. Most people don't actually know frisks real name, and refer to them as penguin/pangolin (some monsters get them mixed up). This is bc people assume frisk is a penguin/pangolin monster (they don't know what either one looks like!)
Ceroba -- vixen -- no one knows. she won't tell you, either.
