I was never a fan of jogging/running. As a matter of fact, whenever I'm invited for a jog/run then this has always been my response, "nah! Maypa mag badminton ta. Naa pa tai ma gain nga skills." I know it was an understatement. I'm sorry if it may have offended some who loves running, but I have known better now. If you want to be stronger, you have to learn and love the art of running. So this one's for the first 12k World AIDS Day Run 2016 I have finished yesterday (December 4, 2016 - Sunday), despite the lack of sleep and very rough and busy day prior to the event. Almost got sick for being up and about for more or less 30 hrs straight. Thanks for my cousin's #bioflu, it helped me get up for work last night. π Oh...and that's Frank right there, my new found friend from the run who have somehow helped me get through the run for entertaining me with his life stories. π it made me forget about that thing trying to break free from my butthole πππ and it surely got us farther than the 12k we're supposed to run. πππ if you know what I mean. π #attitude #awareness #gettested #worldAIDSdayrun2016 Β© Josiah Chua
