I went out “for real” a couple of days ago. I mean, I’ve taken trips to the grocery store during lockdown but I wouldn’t say I’ve immersed myself into expat lifestyle to this extent in a while. I have to say, it wasn’t that bad. I had a bit of anxiety at first seeing how many people were out and how normal everything appeared despite the rise of COVID-19 here in Hyderabad. I’m not looking to go out again unless I have to but it was nice reliving part of the life I had before all of this happened.
