The Bremen police are in the midst of a major operation: Sophie Völkers' child was kidnapped from the hospital shortly after birth. Meanwhile, the body of drug dealer Jannik Waltz is found in front of an abandoned industrial building. It quickly becomes clear that this was not a suicide. New detective Liv Moormann, who has arrived from Bremerhaven, is investigating together with her Danish colleague Mads Andersen, supported by BKA officer Linda Selb.
