a lot has come of as of late, so i don't often have time to work on them, but here's what i've got so far:

Just a quick update for my writing if anyone is curious!
I’m catching up on my past due work/ current work now for my classes (namely Biology, History, and Philosophy). That being said, once I’m caught up with those, I will be fully caught up with all of my work, which hasn’t been true since about- November?
So, once all of this work is in and I’m able to do work on schedule and such, I’ll have much more time to write.
The first thing I’ll be focused on is my submission for Kay’s 1 year event (which I’ve already been planning for a while now). After that, I’ll be working on The House We Used to Live In and a Moon Knight work (since I’ve been obsessed with it as of late 😅).
So! That’s the little update for now. More work are to come as the months go on (especially summer) so stay tuned!
So, as anyone who follows this account may know, I haven’t written anything since- what, late October? That’s about 4 months, give or take, is it not?
Seems like a long time, yes?
Well, I’ve come to say that, as I’ve been given this week off of school and am able to finally catch up on all of my overdue assignments, I’ve decided to come back to writing! Though, there will be a few- changes.
Not even changes, per se, but notes I’d like to openly point out.
For starters, I think I’m just about at the point where I’m leaving the mcyt fandom. Now, this is not to say that I will never write for it again or will completely steer clear of it, but I’m ready to shift my focus to other fandoms rather than this one.
Adding on, I’d like to expand the fandoms that I write for! If you’d like to see all the fandoms I am currently writing for and will be writing for, you can check my rules page for all of that info. Knowing myself, I’d reccomend to check it often as I join and leave fandoms quite often.
Secondly, I’ll be re-writing my old series (ie. Meet Me on Market Avenue, The Technoblade Files, and The Jschlatt Chronicles) over the coming months. I love these stories, don’t get me wrong, but the writing within them is not something I’m proud of. Logically speaking I should leave them as is or drop them in general, but they’re ideas that I love and I’m not yet ready to let go. So, I’d say to look forward to that.
Lastly, while this may not be consistent, I’d like to start writing longer works rather than just headcanons or 1000 word (or less) fics. I want to build up my writing skills now so that they’ll be able to help me out in college and onward. This is not to say I won’t do shorter fics or headcanons or images and whatnot, but I’d like to start writing more and giving a result that I’m proud of and will stay proud of.
It’ll take a while before any of these notes actually come to fruition, but I’d like to speak on them now so you all know where I’m trying to go with this account.
It’s funny, really. I haven’t been active for so long and I’m 30 followers away from 1000. I started this account the day after my birthday last year, so in commemoration of my (almost) 1 year anniversary, I’d say I should get back to what this account was made for. Wouldn’t you agree?
i'd like you all to know that while i am working on the next "mcyt's and ___" type of scenario, i'm working on a few essays and other woriting projects right now for school!
i likely won't be able to post something until my thanksgiving break comes around, but when it does i promise there will be content!
on another note, i emailed my teacher earlier about helping me to format a thesis and he basically responded to my email with- uh 😀 a whole chapter's worth of info. shoutout to him i suppose???
other thing to note! i may start writing for The Walten Files soon! i want to get out a Hazbin and TWF work by the end of the year, but i still have some requests to work on before i get to that!
asks will be answered when i have time, so please trust i'm not purposefully ignoring you!

it's quite a long headcanon post of how dofferent mcyt's like to spend halloween, so i hope that it'll be able to make up for my lack of posts as of late.
in addition, this is going to be my first time writing fora number of mcyts! this being dream, sapnap, george, etc. with that being said, it'd be a huge help if you could give me some feedback on how i did when it's posted! i'm enjoying writing about them, so maybe i'll make it a usual thing!

so, i had planned on finishing and uploading that one fic i've been talking about for the past week today. it was almost all done, you know?
and guess what!
i hadn't realized i had an essay due tomorrow! about a book i didn't even read at that! in addition, i also have a ton of work due tuesday, so i'm going to take advantage of my day off tomorrow to get it all done.
i feel guilty for not uploading, but please give me some time. tumblr hasn't been a priority for me these past few weeks, and as much as i wish to have time to write, i don't.
i cannot say if or when any of my fics will pick back up, but do know my hope is soon. nonetheless, thank you for reading
