im so excited (and kind of stressed) of what is going to happens after the tour.

SAME I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY R DOING AFTER THE TOUR (and possibly film/dvd/documentary is released) AND THE THING IS I DON’T THINK THEY’VE THOUGHT ABOUT IT EITHER SO LIKE ANYTHING PAST 2017-2018 IS JUST ???? TO ME (with both d+p’s future and my own) it’s exciting and terrifying ahaha

D & P don't have to expose every part of their personalities/lives. If there's stuff they're not showing us they probably just don't want to/think it's necessary. I wouldn't stress about it

i wouldn’t stress about it either but I DO and it sucks bc i just genreally am an Overthinker esp when it comes to ppl i enjoy...but anyway i appreicate the message ty <3 hoepy oure good

about your long post, they do seem to like fan art, so i wouldn't worry about that part :) i think you hit the nail on the head when you said "is it even our business to ever know?" because it's really not. they make extremely edited videos using carefully managed personas. we have no right to any more information than they give us. your point about "will my happiness from d+p last?" - not forever, no. that's a huge life lesson. nothing is permanent. but we enjoy it while we can.

yeah i guess…you are right… i mean they certainly encourage it (especially after the fanfic videos!)…but i just..idk i get so worried thinking that they may be upset by my art or something

but yeah you’re right with that business thing but still, can’t help but be curious.

and yeah, they do edit themselves, but i feel it’s not like a lie or a false image of their actual personas - it’s just sort of like, shows a pick of attributes that have been exaggerate for their Danisnotonfire™ and AmazingPhil™ personas (i guess that is what you meant to imply tho :0…)

and yeah, ty for that reminder. I’m usually the one accepting that things change but i guess i still have a lot to learn when it comes to big changes!

Hey! i just read ur post and i totally understand how u feel. i think the reason we hate not having them confirm or deny anything is that we always need to have all the information- if theres just a bit left out our brains wont leave it alone until that last bit is filled in. im pretty sure that someone else said this a lot better a while back, but this is a pretty normal response. im lowkey sure its the reasons we get songs stuck in our head- we cant remember the endings. hope u feel better!

i’m glad to hear you understand how i feel (but also ahh bc it’s unfortunate to like...have so many worries :<) ...

but yeah i think there was a post going around which brought up ‘the complete theory’ (i think that’s what it’s called...game theory spoke about it lots when discussing FNAF) and essentially it’s v similar to what you said about songs - our brains crave answers and complete, comprehendible things...so when we don’t have that we become exactly what i expressed in that post - worrisome!! scared!! - which isn’t nice at all and partly why i’m so het up @ d+p :’)

i’m feeling better having vented out all my worries and speaking to ppl like you... so srsly -- thank you for your message, laney! <3

here's a hug from me and a reassurance that it'll be okay. and don't worry about taking advantage of d&p or tricking people because you aren't. they've said that they appreciate it and your art is genuinely amazing. I hope your cup of tea helps :)

aw adzie, every shipper(cringe ik ik but it's true isn't it) has those days, but i'll have you know that it is going to be fine now, because d&p are actually better than either of them were during 2012, and whatever the ambiguity is for will be cleared up sooner or later idk it feels like a secret to me but secrets don't last. you don't deceive anyone through your doodles ok? you love what you do with your imagination and you're very a-ok i hope you put your mind to rest get some sleep ilysm

you are so right tho like the two of them seem a lot better - happiness and maturity wise - than they did back in 2012...and yeah, ambiguity doesn’t last forever... secrets can’t last forever... surely something may happen eventually?? even if it is denying whatever or confirming whatever... i just ahhh i have so many thoughts and it just overwhelmed me to the point were i had to ramble about it :’)

but ah srsly thank you for the comment about my art concerns too - i really appreciate that <3 srsly it means the world to be reassured that my insecurities aren’t like...necessarily the truth...i guess
