Why is it that “cheat meal days” and “rest days” fall on the exact same days - aka weekend-days?! #worstcomboever ☝️ ▫️ So basically you eat a load of crap on the same day as you are taking a break from exercise. Hence, 0 extra calories burned + 1400 fatty calories earned = Sucks for your weight loss! 👎 ▫️ This is my current struggle these days and after another weekend of excessive cheat meals on rest days, I’ve finally decided to mix it up. Have a cheat meal on one of the intense workout days but especially eat healthy on my rest day.
