“See, it wasn’t a ‘no’.”

Her smile turns into a grin, as if him prodding her for information is a game. Maybe she considered it one—-just a little. Radana would not admit it, though. That would show a bit of immaturity. Or a lot. Noting this, she shrugs, some hair from her bun falling down but she pays no real mind. “There’s mention of your family reuniting. And there’s talk of a child. But I suppose that’s more within the deep parts of the city. I’m just a mere shopkeeper.” She turns to where a pitcher of water is, pouring herself a glass. She raises it, offering it to him and pauses. “Why does it matter what I know, Niklaus? Have you known me to give you much grief over your business?” A rhetorical question but there’s some jest lining her words.

Klaus waits, wondering just what secrets she will share and which she will choose to hold back on. He is no fool. Radana is powerful. Though she may not have a direct line to the spirits, surely they must whisper just a little louder to someone like her.

A family reunion, he thinks bitterly. Is that what they are calling it? Thus far, he has endured nothing but pain at the hands of his mother. The story is much the same for Elijah. Finn is still as morally compromised by his mother as ever. Kol --- he has his own agenda, Klaus knows this.

Before he can relate even a hint of this to her, she says something that has his features tightening. "There is talk of a child?" He asks, attempting to rein in the pulse of fear he feels. "What do they say? Tell me everything." He has moved closer to her without even realizing. His focus is solely on her face.

He needs to know if they know that Hope is still alive.
