The Church Mice And The Moon by Graham Oakley is gotta be one of my favorite books.  I know it made a big impression on me when I was little.  I especially admire the rocket’s intricate trajectory and the ensuing chaos; a possible result of Sampson’s superior and aesthetically pleasing rewiring of the rocket’s control box.  ^_^
