Started trialling the @worxuk WG743E.1 entry level 40V battery powered lawnmower today. . What a delight! . Very lightweight, so easy to move. Nice clean cut, even on my weed-ridden unkempt bit of lawn. I’m surprised by the power. Never thought that a battery powered mower would be an option - it really is now. . Fair to say that this would struggle in long grass, though most mowers do. Much easier to operate than my big petrol mower and quieter too. This model won’t be suitable for commercial use, but is definitely a strong recommendation for average-sized (whatever that is) domestic lawns.
