I’m trying to resist the urge to screenshot every amazing addition to the worldbuilding-conversation in the Rumour Has It comments, readers, but holy cow you guys are picking up some absolutely stellar details! Hells yeah let’s have menstrual representation in bloodbending culture, BellaOfTheTower!! Also: yes to the mens being bloodbenders too! 100% yes to that! The priestess/oracle vibe is totally what I was going for! Plus a lil shamanism via Inuit aesthetic: worldbuilding is always a bit of a mash up.

I’m not gonna lie, the idea for Rumour Has It was originally about the zutara PaintedLady/BlueSpirit dynamic but the worldbuilding it allowed me to dig into quickly became my favourite part of the story. I am beyond stoked that you guys are liking it!

I know. I know it’s my fault for venturing into the “anti amour/shipping” tag. I don’t really know why it was there but I saw a post from a particularly rude and nasty Amourshipper about Pokeshipping fans. They basically took a crap all over Misty and our ship and our fandom in general. Now I’m sad.
