I'm sorry, but shouldn't Silvermoon be littered with dragons? Y'know, the people who actually were in charge of managing this type of world calamity level crisis before they lost their powers? And now that they have their powers back, shouldn't they be out here with us doing their job? We were fighting cultists at the Twilight Highlands for Christ's sake, isn't that literally Alexstrasza's backyard?

And where the fuck is the rest of the Horde? Where are all the people that were parked at the beach during The War Within? Like, I understand why we don't see much Alliance in Silvermoon, not counting the ones who are part of the Vanguard, but where the fuck are the orcs, trolls, the forsaken, the tauren sunwalkers, hell, WHERE ARE THE NIGHTBORNE? WHERE IS THALYSSRA? AIN'T SHE THE FIRST LADY OF SILVERMOON? Fuck, I'll take even Calia Menethil, isn't the Light her entire thing? Where is the Ebon Blade? Where is the Earthen Ring? Where are the Earthen? The Zandalari? The Nerubians also hate Xalatath right? Wouldn't it make sense that they'd help too? How is Queen Neferess doing by the way? Why don't we hit up the brokers, the Shado Pan, the Order Halls, SOMEONE. AND AGAIN, WHERE THE FUCK ARE THE DRAGONS? WHY ISN'T EBONHORN ALL UP IN THIS?

I feel like I am going crazy, and I fucking hate this about modern WoW, where they pick like 3 main characters and 4 organizations to be the ones featured in the story and say "fuck everything else". What is the point of a world so fucking massive if you're gonna ignore everything in it. What is the point of me going in there and saving the day, helping a lot of factions, nations and societies, if we can't ask them back for help? Also, you are really gonna try to tell me all the other peoples in Azeroth are doing pottery and nude yoga while armageddon is iminent?

THEY HAVE A GIGANTIC ARMY AND HAVE PERSONAL BEEF WITH XALATATH! HE IS LITERALLY KICKING ROCKS AND SIGHTSEEING IN HARANDAR AS WE SPEAK. GO TALK TO HIM! GOD!

This is one of the reasons why, despite all the bad stuff, BFA (up until BFD) is my favorite expansion. The world felt alive! Felt lived in! It felt like everyone was involved in what was going on in the expansion and the story. We had gnomes being relevant to the point Mekkatorque was a raid boss. We had entire subplots and war campaign chapters following the goblins, forsaken and even mok'nathals. Every race, every society, every faction was ALIVE!

Now we only get these micro bubbles that feel like the game is super fucking small.

And the worst part is that the way I'm talking right now, it sounds like I hate Midnight and the story, but I'm in love with it and I am engaged with it in a way I wasn't in a long while, like, the story is the absolute best it has been in years. But this one thing is my biggest pet peeve and it IRKS ME to the core and has been eating away at me since Shadowlands.

Regeneration: The Healing Power of Trolls

Trolls are known for their remarkable regenerative abilities, which make them incredibly resilient and difficult to kill. This means that trolls can choose not to heal certain injuries, allowing them to retain scars as physical reminders of significant events in their lives. A notable example is Vol'jin, the former leader of the Darkspear tribe, who, after surviving an assassination attempt, deliberately chose not to fully heal the injuries to his throat and lung. The scar left by this decision altered his voice, making it a constant reminder of his mistake in trusting Garrosh Hellscream. However, despite their incredible resilience, trolls are not invincible. Additionally, certain poisons can block a troll's regeneration, preventing them from healing until the toxin is purged from their system. Enchanted weapons, such as Trol'kalar, are also capable of temporarily suppressing troll regeneration, making trolls vulnerable to sustained attacks. These limitations highlight that while trolls are incredibly tough, they are not without their weaknesses. In the world of World of Warcraft, a troll’s regeneration serves as both a symbol of their physical prowess and a narrative tool that adds depth to their culture and vulnerabilities.
