always a little melancholy and withdrawn, the recent murder of one sister and subsequent suicide of another has spun her into a deeper depression that she tries her best to hide. not wanting to burden her family in their time of grief, she buries her pain and assumes a caretaker role to try and hold the family together.
desperate for the affection and love that she lacked growing up and grieving the deaths of her sisters, her heart has led her to a cardinal sin. in love with a married man who probably doesn’t love her back, engaging in premarital sex, and now? pregnant and looking for a way out before her family finds out that she’s brought an unforgivable shame to the wilkes name.
