Oh, look, an uncovered document!
This is an incriminating document that remains of the experiments. We don't have all of them, however. After the Watergate crisis, CIA director Richard Helms wasn't about to let HIS documents be stolen. He promptly destroyed them, leaving virtually nothing for government investigation. Very fortunately (unfortunately for Helms), 20,000 documents were incorrectly stored in financial records. Thank goodness for CIA ineptitude.
