Pandora and Xenophilius both being weird as fuck.
Pandora being calm and collected uncanny valley style. Pandoras eyes seeing in to the very depths of your soul. Pandora being able to shoot down bullies with a long stare. Pandora taming the wild crows in the school yard.
Xenophilius who thinks it's so fucking cool that the crows follow her around. Xenophilius who tells her in awe that he's never seen a wrackspurt anywhere near her.
Pandora realizing she likes him because one time they get high and he squints and stares at her and asks her why the universe seems to bend at her will as if she has some big dark secret.
Luna Shelby Series | Fifth
Imagine Tommy introducing Luna to Grace
Tommy: Grace. This is my sister, Luna. Luna, this is Grace.
Luna: Hello, Grace. Did you know that you’re infested with wrackspurts?
Grace, puzzled and glancing over at Tommy in confusion: No… What’s a wrackspurt?
Luna went to speak and explain, but Tommy interrupted before she could. She held in a pout.
Tommy: Alright, Grace. You’ve met Luna. I’ll see you at the Garrison.
They watched as Grace hesitated and then walked away. Tommy turned to Luna.
Tommy: Wrackspurts, eh?
Luna: Mhmm, but I said that to make her go away. She infesting you with them, Tommy. She’s a liar. Her aura isn’t right.
Tommy, lighting a cigarette: Alright then. She’s a liar.
He ruffled Luna’s hair and began walking away.
Tommy: Thank you, Luna. You’ve been very helpful. Go straight home to Aunt Pol now. Don’t wander.
Luna: Yes, Tommy. But what about the wrackspurts?
Tommy: You let me worry about them.
Nine Reasons Why You Should Spend Summer with the Lovegoods

Nine Reasons Why You Should Spend Summer with the Lovegoods
Last year, we celebrated the summer holidays by giving you a list of reasons why you should spend summer at the Burrow. Here we are again at the halfway point of the summer holidays — we don’t know about you, but we’re counting down the days until we can get back to Hogwarts. If you’re looking for a way to pass the last month before boarding the Hogwarts Express once more, here’s why you should spend these last few weeks with the Lovegoods.
1. Traveling the World
Ever wanted to see more of the world? With the Lovegoods, you can do just that. You could get to travel to Sweden to search for Crumple-Horned Snorkacks. Though they may not have been found in the wild, that doesn’t mean they don’t exist. Imagine being the person to confirm they are real (and all the Galleons that could come with this amazing discovery).

2. No More Detentions
Ever been pestered by Wrackspurts? Been in detention one time too many with McGonagall because you have yet again forgotten your Transfiguration homework? Then worry no more, as Xenophilius Lovegood has recreated the lost diadem of Ravenclaw — only this is the new and improved version that has Wrackspurt siphons to make sure that you are never distracted ever again. Who wouldn’t want one of these?

3. A New Look for a New Year
Luna is known for her eccentric style within Hogwarts, and if you’re looking for a new look for the new school year, she’s undoubtedly the best person to ask for help. Not only does she have an amazing sense of fashion, but she also makes a lot of her own jewelry, so spending time with her this summer would allow you to get some unique fashion pieces and accessories no one else would have. You’d surely be the talk of the school.
4. Helping Save the World
Many people may think that Xenophilius is a bit of an unusual person, and we won’t disagree with you there. That doesn’t mean, however, he isn’t an intelligent person in his own right. He is extremely knowledgeable about the odd and the strange, and maybe the knowledge he could pass on can help you on your own quest. After all, he helped the one and only Harry Potter to defeat He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named by telling him about the Deathly Hallows.
5. Learning Some New Dance Moves
Who doesn’t love a good dance? We know here at MuggleNet that there’s no better way to de-stress and keep healthy than by busting a few moves on the dancefloor. But if you think your routine is getting old or you just want to change things up a bit, then the Lovegoods have you covered. We all remember their excellent routine from Bill and Fleur’s wedding, and maybe if you ask nicely, they’ll teach you some of the moves.

6. Learning Interior Decorating
Luna’s well-known painting on her bedroom ceiling celebrates the people she loves the most. If you have ever wanted a huge mural of your friends on your ceiling that watch you sleep, or you just want to learn how to paint, there is no one better to ask than Luna. She’ll teach you everything that you need to know. You never know — maybe one day you can be part of one of her own masterpieces.

7. Work Experience
If you’ve ever wanted to work within the publishing industry or try your hand at journalism, then the Lovegoods’ house is the place for you. Xenophilius runs the well-known wizarding publication The Quibbler, and if you have an article on eight uncommon uses for butterbeer or a fantastic beast we have yet to find, we’re sure he would be more than happy to publish it.
8. Seeing the Good in the World
Luna cannot help but see the good in the world, even if it is in her own unique way. No matter what, she doesn’t let anyone crush her carefree spirit, and maybe spending some time with her will allow you to see the world in that way too. With all that’s going on in the world right now, isn’t that something we should all strive to achieve?

9. Having Someone to Talk to
Sometimes, there may be things on your mind — things that worry you or keep you awake at night — and Luna may be one of the best people within the wizarding world to talk to. If you ever need to have a deep or serious conversation, then Luna is the person to have it with. No matter what, she will always take the time to listen to you and allow you to speak about what is on your mind. Who doesn’t want that in their life?
Luna Lovegood (Evanna Lynch) and Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe) in “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix”

The prompt for this one was ‘Magical Creatures’ from @drarrymicrofic
I’m really on a writing streak. If only I could say the same for my work in progress 😅
Word count: 395
Drarry microfic: magical creatures
“Wrackspurts!”
“Wrackspurts?”
“Yes! Wrackspurts!”
Confused, Harry raised his head from where it had been resting on the dry grass. “What about them?”
“They’ve been around and in your head, Harry!” Luna exclaimed, her hands flailing around her own head, “they’ve been clouding your vision. They’ve been meddling with your mind!”
“Luna, what... what are you talking about?”
A few blonde curls fell in front of her intense blue eyes as she shook her head. “Both you and Draco have been covered in them ever since we all came back from winterbreak.”
She clutched her copy of Magical Creatures in Gaelic History to her chest, standing slowly and looking down at Harry, who was still lying sprawled on the grass.
“I don’t understand”, she muttered under her breath, before turning around and making her way back towards the castle.
Harry squinted in the sun, watching as her blonde head slowly changed into another blond head. One with slightly messier and shorter hair.
Stopping next to Harry, Draco pointed back in the direction Luna went. “What was she talking about?” he asked, a frown on his face. “She was mumbling something about Wrackspurts?”
“Yeah,” Harry said, lying back down and staring up at the periwinkle blue sky, “I don’t understand either.”
He heard a grunt as Draco lay down next to him. Their fingers unconsciously intertwined between their bodies, Draco’s head resting against Harry’s shoulder.
“Do you think we should tell them? Our friends, I mean. About us?”
Draco snorted. “Nothing will change”, he said softly, “I’m fairly confident they already know.”
“Wha- How would they know? We’ve been really subtle-”
“Subtle?” Draco interrupted, laughter clearly audible in his voice. “If there is anything we haven’t been, Potter, it’s subtle. Honestly, you’re as subtle as an elephant trying to hide amongst a school of fish.”
“I am not!” Harry exclaimed, indignant. “I don’t know what you’re talking about! I’ve been trying-”
He was silenced by a pair of lips catching his own in a gentle kiss, a hand running through his messy hair.
“I think those Wrackspurts are messing with your mind again”, Draco mumbled against Harry’s lips.
Harry huffed a laugh, before pulling his boyfriend closer again, a small smile tugging at his lips.
He felt slightly dizzy, but he was happy. As if a haze was clouding his mind.
Perhaps Luna had been right after all...
