I’m supposed to be writing so, naturally, I’ve been drawing wraith children... I’m convinced that the pouty one looks like Rodney McKay (with John’s hair)...

Unpopular opinion but the only acceptable outcome for a race that can only feed off humans specifically or sentient beings generally is extinction.
Here’s those additional Wraith designs I promised!
This is Ellia, from the episode ‘Instinct’. In this AU, obviously she couldn’t be disguised as human, but her adoptive dad would have tried to make her as nonthreatening as possible. So she’d keep her claws filed down, wear “human” clothes, and keep her feeding hand bandaged, among other things.
A more in-depth look at some of the Wraith. They’re all based off of different viperidae snakes; I think Steve in particular was based off of a copperhead.
Finally done!
WIP. Teyla and the Wraith queen from Submersion.
Hey, it’s that Wraith guy from ‘Sateda’!
This is a Wraith threat/intimidation display. As well as spreading both sets of arms to look bigger and more frightening, they’ll draw themselves up to their full height -- which can be up to seven feet. So they really don’t need help being intimidating. But they do it anyway.
