For a quick and filling lunch, these easy and tasty chicken club wraps are great. They will become a favorite because they are full of flavor from the soft chicken, crispy bacon, and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients: 2 large tortillas. 1 cup cooked shredded chicken breast. 4 slices cooked bacon. 1/2 cup shredded lettuce. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons ranch dressing. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and ranch dressing. Lay out tortillas and spread the mayonnaise-ranch mixture evenly over each one. Divide shredded chicken, bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes between the tortillas, placing them in the center of each. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into wraps. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap tightly in foil or plastic wrap for later.
