However what I noticed is that even at high love and liking PC, he definitely doesn't trust PC enough to open up
My headcanon is that PC might've gotten into more shit if Wren hadn't appeared. Like you know how dangerous Wren's goons are whenever PC is found traveling the smuggler's cave? That kind of shit. Perhaps Wren happens to see her first before any of his goons, or maybe he tells his goons to NOT lay a finger on her before the thing that happens in the Smuggler cave happens in the Moor.
Maybe the goons and him were aware that she was gonna get stuck and trapped and was gonna use that opportunity to catch her. So he took her back to safety away from danger... OR or or or maybe he IS the danger like maybe Remy ordered him to kidnap the PC but didn't wanna give it away because he grew to care about PC (LMAO delusional me again) Or maybe Remy was around as well as some of his men which is why Wren couldn't relax and was tense the whole time he escorted her to safety.
Because why was he 'off-guard' when we called him again? Just where was he needed? 👀👀👀

Imagine PC and Wren playing their usual game in cottage except this time after all favors for causing chaos in Remy's estate have been made, PC asks one last favor from Wren. PC, being naked and on Wren's lap, leaned forward to whispers in the smuggler's ears. Wren secretly hides his hand as his grip on the cards tighten hearing the favor.
Valentines was coming up and PC wanted to give her boyfriend Alex something special so she uses her dare to ask if Wren could teach her how to be better at giving pleasure.
Even without revealing her motives behind such a request, Wren KNOWS who PC wants to learn the art of seduction for even if PC claims it's for sex work. Wren knows she's deeply inlove with Alex as he could see them from a distance always looking like lovebirds meant for one another whenever he's tasked to spy on them. He couldn't let his jealousy show though, not in front of his goons. He refused to believe he's gotten soft for the brat.
His contemplated on her request for a while, a night with PC all to himself didn't sound all too bad but he couldn't do it in here, oh no. If he wasn't gonna give herself to him, he wanted it to be in his own terms. Then Wren smiled, he stood without picking up his clothes. He gestures PC to follow him through the back door of the cottage.
"I'm a man of my word," he said. "But I can't have it done in front of them, naughty girl were you eager for them to watch?" He teased making her blush. They walked until they stood in front of a motorcycle. He sat on it and PC behind him both naked with the younger clinging onto him from behind. "Hold on tight."
They arrived at a love hotel, where the staff didn't even seem to care that both of them were naked. Wren brushes it off saying, "it pays to have a reputation". When they arrived in their room, Wren taught her how please him, teaching her how to kiss deeper, using her tongue move her hips more seductively, where her fingers should linger, how to build up tension. How to pump a dick, etc.
He used a generous amount of lube onto erogenous areas both of hers and his. He kissed her all around, making her feel good. But when he saw that she was closing her eyes, he demands her to open them and look at him to pay better attention. However that didn't satisfy him, so he tells her to call his name, so PC did just that. It was music to his ears. When morning arrives he woke up before her, then stare at PC's sleeping form a little longer, glad that she was still there beside him. He brushed the bangs off her face and admiring how peaceful and at eased she looked. It made him jealous thinking how this is the sight that farmhand gets to see every morning. It made him wish he could keep her all to himself.
He gave her a secret light kiss on her lips. She stirred a bit and mumbled for Alex to let her sleep a bit more. Another tear at his heart formed hearing that. He brings up the blanket up and covering more of her exposed shoulder before leaving the bed.
He wore the extra clothes neatly folded in one of the drawers, dressed up and left. He ordered one of his men to give her decent clothing to wear and to drive her back to the farm as he didn't feel like doing that himself.
Wren was a man of his word; He did the dare. PC will have a fun time this Valentines day for her and yet there was still bitter taste that lingered on his lips.
What if after a game of Blackjack, Wren stumbles upon a card while emptying PC's clothes she'd lost in the game. Upon checking he found an envelope, he wondered if it was another letter from Mickey. Upon inspection however, it was an invitation; PC was secretly inviting Wren to her wedding with Alex. He excused himself and went outside the cottage. Reading it made Wren made his heart wrench and he almost crumpled the paper from his grip. He gave a heavy sigh and calmed down, he couldn't let his jealousy show to anyone.
Wren knew PC loved that farmhand dearly, it's why she's been willing to play Blackjack with him each time despite the sexual nature he puts into the game. And what right did he have to tell her not to be with him when Wren refused to settle down. PC wasn't gonna wait for him.
Wren thought of just not coming as it would hurt too much. In the end though, he decided he would as it was PC's big day and although he won't say it aloud, he wanted to be there for her.
On the day of the wedding, Wren gifts PC a dagger disguised as a beautiful necklace incase she ever finds herself introuble. It was made from a boar's tusk, the same boar that Alex and PC at times stumbled upon. Wren mentions proudly how he hunted it himself so now the newly weds wouldn't have any problem stumbling upon that wild boar anymore. Alex says he liked Wren for that. Wren also had an opportunity to dance with PC and had some laughs.
Sometime later when PC becomes pregnant, she's gotten less and less work done which made the person working in the watchtower quit because they're not getting paid enough anymore. Alex tells PC not to worry but Alex can only do so much and Remy does not plan on stopping anytime soon.
The timing of the labor couldn't get any worse. As PC is gonna giving birth in one the fields she's defending. Remy's troops was gonna use this as an opportunity to kidnap her until Wren comes in to the rescue while Alex is busy fighting off the others in another field. Wren helps PC give birth and by the time it was over, PC faints while
Wren gives Alex the newborn baby that's thankfully alright. Wren carries PC back in the cottage. Something something, PC wakes up at first scared shit that Remy or Bailey took the baby until Alex and Wren came in and gives the baby back to her.
Turns out while she was passed out, Alex had talked with Wren and agreed to let them work with them since he's pretty flexible and could help raise their defenses. PC wasnt sure about this cus as much as she views Wren as her friend, she was still unsure where his loyalties lies but she also couldnt tell Alex that he works for Remy cus Wren might not be able to help them. Something, something eventual wrenalexpc threesome XD
A more angsty route im thinking is maybe Wren WAS ordered by Remy to infiltrate Alex's farm but he never expected to grow so close to the two and even feeling so welcomed by Alex— he thought he hated for taking PC all to himself. He never thought of falling inlove with both
Another angsty route is maybe PC gets a miscarriage and Wren and Alex are not used to seeing PC being this broken. I imagine even the centaurs at the farm would feel super sorry for PC. Imagine Alex helping PC bathe and Wren tries to cheer PC up with cards or maybe take her somewhere for a change of view. There the two could be alone and talk about random stuff. Maybe at some point Wren decides to quit working for Remy and that in turn will make Remy want to sabotage Alex's farm more
