A piece of content I've been enjoying is the Larry David show called Curb Your Enthusiasm. It reminds me a lot of Sienfield - makes sense because he was the writer of that. But it is batter?? Never would've thought!!

Original Content Post 2 - May 13th

Who are you as a writer? I find myself to be a pretty average writer. I like to journal my feelings if life gets overwhelming. I also enjoy creative writing and write poetry here and there when I feel inspired to. I think writing can be a beautiful thing if one wishes to create a story whether it be a fictional story, through life experiences, even from a simple prompt, writing can be a beautiful form of expression.

Data-driven web writing will help me so much in my post-undergrad life. This is especially because of my major, which is Interactive and Graphic Design. In life after college, I will most likely be making graphics for a company that may be posted on social media. Having knowledge about data-driven web writing and how to analyze it will allow me to look at past posts from the company I work for and figure out why certain posts are doing better than others. This will allow me to create things that the audience clearnly likes and therefore have more successful engagement.

Writing is essentially an expressive way for others to understand your perspective. With or without substantiation. One thing I would like to get from this writing course is experiencing how we can expand the our audience and gather followers, not only for marketing, but for growing online communities. My goal is to walk away with sufficient knowledge to market my business and market any other entrepreneurial endeavors. I think that Tumblr will help because as it’s growing again from its issues being taken down from the App Store previously would help an impacted community thrive once more. Or at least bring web traffic to the website once more.
