IF you are reading this and find it hard to talk out loud to your therapist here is a suggestion that has helped me in the past.
Free write during the week about what ever is on your mind. Don’t think about it just write. and then when session comes give it to your therapist or email it prior to session and that way she knows how you are doing and what she should focus on for that session.
The words flow onto the paper, as naturally as tears roll down your cheek and gather at the tip of your nose.
