Hello :) I love autumn so, so much, have recently got into baking bread and I want to take up cross stitch. My favourite book is The Historian by Elizabeth Kostova

Heeeey! I'm also a huge fan of the autumn season, so I definitely know what to recommend.

1) "Norwegian wood" by Haruki Murakami. The descriptions of the Japanese landscapes and wonderful forests are so subtle and aesthetic. The plot is quite simple. There are no many plot twists, however the atmosphere of the novel is absolutely magical. If you want to get some "meditation and observation vibes", you will like this book.

2) "The Golem" by Gustav Meyrink. It's scary and mystical as hell. The novel will definitely give you some chills. All the dreams, symbols, nightmares, and religious cults are mixed in this strange yet intriguing book. I don't why, but I feel like you could love this story.

3) Are there any chances that you haven't read "The Secret History" by Donna Tartt yet? If not, I totally recommend to give it a try.

4) "Les fleures du mal" by Charles Baudelaire. *In case you love poetry*

5) Franz Kafka' short stories. They are extremely dark and disturbing. But the images are just amazing. One you read several pages you'll like... remember them for the rest of your life?.. If it makes any sense.
