“I wonder if you’ll let me buy something on the way home.”

I slid the slinging bag on my shoulder. I was thinking of bubble tea. Maybe ice-cream. Stuff that both of us like.

Iwa-chan’s eyes bounced back and forth, navigating the empty streets. He didn’t stop walking. “Maybe not. We have to rest after a long match today, Oikawa.” His fist clenched and relaxed maybe a million times in a second, and he blinked his eyes before letting his gaze fall to the ground.

“Iwa-chan!” I knew he wanted ice-cream. Or bubble tea. Or a strawberry milkshake. “It won’t take long. It’s on the way.”

I bent my back so my gaze could lock with his, but there was no use. He avoided every inch of eye contact. His face turned cold, and his steps fell in synchronisation with mine.

I backed off— and stopped walking. “Are you angry at me?”

His head whipped back at me so fast, I thought he was going to run away and leave me alone on this street. I thought maybe he found me so annoying that he’d finally give up on me now.

But he didn’t— and he sighed.

He swung his bag back on his shoulder and took a turn at the corner of the street. “Come on.” His voice was low, barely audible. His eyes met mine. “What do you wanna get? I was thinking—” an inch of a smile peaked from the edge of his lips— “maybe ice-cream.”

TF Big Bang Day 2

Sideswipe wakes up and goes about his day, not realizing that in a few hours everything will change when he's killed in battle. And then he wakes up again, thinking it was all just a bad dream. Except he dies again. And wakes up again. And again and again and again...

After the events of Unicron, Starscream had come to terms with his own death, ready to spend the rest of eternity as part of Bumblebee’s mind as he serves as the Cybertronian representative of the Galactic Council. However, once Bumblebee starts to suffer from processor degradation as a result of his connection to Starscream, he undergoes a procedure to have Starscream removed from his head and placed into a newly forged protoform to be raised in an advanced growth chamber.

Now years later, Starscream awakens to a new Cybertron, one where the planet is undergoing a new age of peace and prosperity thanks to Windblade’s reign as ruler. However, this peace is threatened when a Cybertronian is murdered by an unknown individual with the intent to restart the Decepticon movement. Starscream, Windblade, Bumblebee, and others must work together if they wish to keep Cybertron from falling back into disarray, made even worse when news of Starscream’s “revival” becomes public.

And not to mention the feelings growing between Starscream and Windblade...

It’s a complete accident. Really. First Aid didn’t mean to invent wireless interfacing, he really didn’t. He didn’t even tell Ratchet he’d done it, because he really didn’t think it would work.

And Defensor and Superion definitely didn’t mean to be so loud when they tested it out that they attracted the attention of Bruticus.

And it wasn’t like anyone could have foreseen that the Combaticons wouldn’t attack, but would instead go back to the Decepticons and demand that Soundwave replicate the technology, stat, and make sure every Decepticon on Earth had access to it. Even less that Megatron would think it was a brilliant idea.

At least, when the rest of the Autobots finally find out what’s going on, they’re not slow to adapt.They’re certainly not slow to reconnect, so to say, especially with lovers from across faction lines- and maybe turn the tables a bit.

Or: the story about how First Aid made a massive technological breakthrough without meaning to, how Soundwave fooled the human satellites into thinking interfacing signals were foreign code, and how Jazz, master of the Autobot Kama Sutra, found the right signal to end the war.

TF Big Bang Day 4

Brainstorm is Chromedome's only friend at the New Institute. He's there as Chromedome falls in love, and then as he loses his conjunx and forgets him. And then it happens again. And again. But there's other secrets being kept at the New Institute and Brainstorm doesn't know as much as he thinks he does.

After he's shot by Overlord, Chromedome decides he's done with the New Insitute and seeks out a Relinquishment Clinic. There, he meets Rewind and realizes he'd be willing to sacrifice almost anything to keep him safe. The New Institute is going to test that.

Everyone knows Bluestreak’s story: how the garrulous sharpshooter was pulled from the rubble of Praxus, how he recovered and joined the Autobots, and how he struggled with his inner demons. Bluestreak thought he knew his story, too.

TF Big Bang Day 3

This was meant to be a quick mission, authorized after Megatron’s sudden and unexplained return to Cybertron: locate the Decepticons, find out what they’re up to, drop off supplies for the underground Autobot resistance cells still stationed on Cybertron, and then return to Earth. So far, their ship has been shot down, Arcee hasn’t been able to establish contact with Ultra Magnus or Elita, and the one Decepticon they have managed to locate is currently trapped unconscious under their ship.

Minimus Ambus has always been good at doing his work. Some would say that is the only thing he's good at. Once he assigns himself a duty he will stick with it until it ends or he does.

When Optimus Prime's Last Will And Testament presents him with an opportunity to free a certain former Decepticon Warlord turned Autobot ship captain, he leaps at the chance.

Megatron is both his duty and a commitment that he desperately wants to make. He simply hopes he feels the same, because if not it's going to be a very long several million years exiled on a deserted planet together...

When Thundertron and his Star Seekers converge with deadly force upon a battle between Autobots and Decepticons, Megatron and Optimus find themselves shipwrecked and separated on a far-flung and desolate planet. Half-dead and cut off from their respective forces, subject to the elements and wildlife of this strange and watery world, the only way to survive may be to don the alien shapes of its denizens.

Reshaped and reborn in strange hybrids of metal and organic flesh, Megatron and Optimus strive to rejoin the battle, and take revenge on Thundertron. But their new forms present new challenges, isolation brings with it unwelcome memories, and as the days stretch on with no sign of rescue, meaning begins to slip away, and strange longing to take its place...

Responding to an unusual distress signal, a team of Lost Lighters set out to investigate an abandoned Decepticon base and get locked in with a forgotten weapon from a long since ended war. When their plan to deactivate the weapon goes awry it leaves Rewind temporarily without his memories, and now he has to race to remember who he is and how to shut this weapon down before they all fall victim to a fate worse than death.
