It would have ot be something Rumpel would put up with… So… A greyhound. No barking, playful, loving.

Not necessarily; I don't always ship her with Rumpel.. Maybe I should give her different pets for different verses. I can't really see her with a greyhound, though - they need a lot of walking, and Belle would rather curl up with a book with some calm, serene pet.

Pfffft!  I actually named my dog Dug because he acts EXACTLY like that Dug.  And even people who are afraid of dogs love him.
